Thursday’s Long Beach Live will offer music and honor law enforcement officials from across the Coast.

The free concert will be 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Town Green on Jeff Davis Avenue.

“Long Beach and all law enforcement officers are welcome to join in this celebration,” said Alderman Gary Ponthieux.

The band Starz will play, and people can bring lawn chairs and coolers and enjoy the concert as the sun sets.

Long Beach Live is held the first Thursday of the month and the season of concerts is sponsored and paid for by Island View Casino Resort, Ponthieux said.
