Tennessee suspect charged in jewelry theft

Police have arrested a second suspect in a theft of more than $400,000 worth of jewelry from a Biloxi business.

Stephanie Marie Reda, 28, of Clarksville, Tenn., was charged with embezzlement Wednesday in connection with $403,000 worth of merchandise missing from Harris Jewelry, at 2600 Beach Blvd.

Reda was extradited from Tennessee and taken to Harrison County jail on $75,000 bond set by Justice Court Judge Bruce Strong.
