HANCOCK COUNTY - Albert Necaise, a truck driver and heavy equipment operator from Kiln, gets a chance to further impress the three judges of Fox's "MasterChef" food competition at 7 p.m. today.
Necaise, one of 100 amateur chefs who made it to the televised auditions, got his white apron on last week's episode. He made it into the Top 38 with his signature dish of Triple Tail Alligator -- alligator cooked three ways -- but tonight, he must prove to the judges that he has mastered the basic kitchen techniques.
Only the Top 18 will continue in the competition.
