The Pascagoula road crews will temporary close the intersection of Chicot Road and U.S. 90 on Monday evening from 10 p.m. to midnight for road work.
The two-hour closure is part of the Chicot Road Project involving drainage improvements and the widening of the north bound side of the road from Hwy. 90 to Shortcut Road.
The entire Project is expected to be completed by the end of January. All drivers are asked to use caution around this construction site. Pay special attention to traffic signs, road workers, uneven pavement, and heavy equipment near the side of the road.
