A Gautier man was arrested this morning and charged with the abuse of a 7-month-old child who was in his care.
Gautier police investigators blame Duong Quoc Le, 29, for severe injuries to the baby who had to be hospitalized earlier this month in Mobile. He was baby-sitting as a favor to the baby's family.
Le, who lives in the 2300 block of Farmington Drive in Gautier, was being booked into the county jail this afternoon after an investigation that lasted for more than two weeks.
