From backyard barbecues to baseball stadiums, the hot dog has been a longtime staple of American celebrations and past times. Whether you like a simple all-beef hot dog or a fancy hot dog covered with specialty toppings, you can find what you prefer within the Mississippi Coast’s dining scene.

Many of the Coast’s favorite spots for hot dogs are locally owned food trucks, but a few familiar chains also stand out. Here are the top four places to get a hot dog this Fourth of July, according to Yelp:

1. Franny’s Hot Dogs and More

Franny’s Hot Dogs and More is a mobile food stand that offers catering for parties, Mardi Gras floats and more.

2. Burger Box
