Two Mississippi institutions are among the best large employers in America — with one being in the top 100, a recent Forbes ranking found.

The annual “America’s Best Large Employers” ranking, published Feb. 10, is based on survey responses from employees at organizations with more than 5,000 employees, analysts said. The survey questions ranged from salary and work environment to benefits and growth opportunities.

Forbes partnered with Statista, a market research form, to assess which companies are leading.
