1. Palace Casino Resort
Mignon’s Steaks & Seafood is serving up New Year’s specials from 5 to 10 p.m. Dec. 30 and 31, including baked oysters, lobster bisque, surf & turf, Chilean sea bass and white chocolate champagne cake, according to the casino’s website.
