Picayune man dies in crash on South Mississippi highway, officials confirm
A Picayune man died in a one-vehicle wreck Monday night, Mississippi Highway Patrol said in a press release.
William T. Jones, 37, was driving north on Mississippi 11 in Pearl River County when the 2008 Toyota Tundra he was in left the highway and overturned, MHP said.
The crash occurred just after 9 p.m. and remains under investigation.
MHP investigation seven fatal crashes across the state from Dec. 23 to Dec. 26 as people traveled for the Christmas holiday.
