Between kitten season, a surge of hoarding cases, and the lack of proper spay and neuter surgeries during COVID, the shelter is finding themselves struggling to care for over 500 animals.
The Humane Society, which does not euthanize animals, is having to put animals in the hallways, the lobby and every inch of the facility.
