Wahoo's at Palace Casino now features entertainment

Wahoo's Poolside Bar & Grill at the Palace Casino Resort in Biloxi, open daily through Labor Day, will feature live entertainment every weekend.

Local entertainers will perform from 7 to 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 6 to 9 p.m. Sundays.

The bar and grill has happy hour drink specials from 5 to 6 p.m. daily.

Chef Dean Kronauer's Southern Shrimp Boil Wrap, which won "Best Sandwich of the South" at the 2015 Merchants Foodservice Culinary Expo, is back on the menu. Other selections are fresh char-grilled Gulf Coast oysters, smoked tuna dip, peel-and-eat shrimp, quesadillas, buffalo chicken wings, salads, sandwiches, burgers, Nathan's foot-long hot dogs, fish tacos and chicken tenders. New this year are popcorn shrimp, chicken and grouper.

Poolside cabanas equipped with refrigerators and televisions are available to rent by the half or full day. Pool passes for non-hotel guests are available at the pool hut for $10 weekdays and $20 on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
