BILOXI -- This time, the winner of a half-million dollar jackpot at IP Casino Report resort is local.

Hoang N., no last name given, of Pascagoula, hit a $530,896.50 jackpot shortly before 8 p.m. Friday.

He is a frequent guest at IP Casino and was playing for 13 minutes when he won the jackpot on "The Walking Dead" progressive penny slot machine. The win came on a bonus round, said Emily Burke, public relations manager for IP Casino.
