IP Casino will host Winemakers Tour
IP Casino Resort will host its seventh annual Winemakers Tour on March 31 at the casino's AAA four-diamond restaurant, Thirty-Two.
The tasting, from 6:30 to 9 p.m., will feature wines, winemakers and proprietors from around the world. IP's sommelier, Harry Hall, has invited winemakers and winery proprietors to help pour and discuss with guests more than 80 varieties of wine. Wines will be paired with a selection of cheeses, fruit and hors d'oeuvres.
Among the 25 wineries will be Broadbent Selections, Cade Winery, Weinhaus Huber, Robert Keenan Winery, King Estate, K Vintner's, Plumpjack Winery, R2 Wine Co., Robert Biale Vineyards, Saddleback Cellars, Talley Winery, Thomas Fogarty Winery, Vine Connections and Von Schleinitz.
Tickets are $80 and available at Thirty-Two and Essentials Gift Shop at IP Casino, Maisano's Fine Wine in Ocean Springs and Drinx Wine & Liquor Warehouse in D'Iberville.
Thirty-Two will be closed to regular business during the tasting; participants must be at least 21 years old.
