Labor Day Weekend is already a winner as another jackpot hits at a Biloxi casino
Labor Day Weekend started with a bang in South Mississippi as the sixth jackpot in five months hits at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi.
The latest winner, who didn’t want to be in the photo or be identified by name, was playing a Top Dollar slot machine Thursday, Aug. 29. It was a high limit, $100 denomination game, and she bet $200.
The winner was playing since 5:45 p.m. and her payback came an hour later at 6:46 p.m., when she hit a $100,000 jackpot.
This is the latest of a dozen jackpots already won at Coast casinos since the Beau Rivage’s 25th anniversary celebration in March launched a winning streak

The others are:
July 31 — A player from Alabaster, Alabama, who asked to remain anonymous, won $160,000 on the $100 Pinball slot machine. at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi. The person started playing just two minutes earlier and played four games when the jackpot hit. The bet was $200.
July 25 — Peter H. (no last name provided) was playing Face Up Pai Gow at Harrah’s Gulf Coast in Biloxi. Defying the odds, he won a jackpot of $290,521 with a royal street flush.
July 21 — A person from Orange Beach, Alabama, hit the jackpot at the Beau Rivage Casino for $205,163.61 while playing an Aristocrat Mo’ Mummy slot machine at 2:28 a.m. with a bet of $11.25.
June 28 — Three slot jackpots hit on the same day at Scarlet Pearl Casino in D’Iberville:
▪ A man from Austin, Texas, hit $49,141.30 playing dimes on a Mighty Cash in the high limits Orchid Room.
▪ A woman from Gulfport hit $86,038.09 playing dimes on a Lock it Link in the Orchid Room.
▪ A man from Iuka, Mississippi won $99,800 playing The Triple Blazing 7s Double game.

June 18 — Duane, no last name provided, from Illinois, won a $162,868.67 jackpot at IP Casino Biloxi on a $5 bet on Dollar Storm Caribbean Gold slot game by Aristocrat Gaming
June 13 — An unidentified player won $160,000 at Hard Rock Casino Biloxi in the casino’s high limits room. The player bet $200 on the spin on the Double Diamond Deluxe slot machine and won the jackpot.
April 27 — an unidentified player won big with a $1,217,921.02 jackpot at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino playing a $1 Dragon Link game with a $25 minimum bet in the high limits area of the casino
April 19 — Rosa V. (last name not disclosed) of McAllen, Texas, was playing a $100 Triple Double Stars game in the high limit slot room at Beau Rivage Resort & Casino when she won a $200,000 jackpot.
March 8 — An unidentified player won a life-changing jackpot of $1,254,996 playing a $1 denomination Wheel of Fortune Triple Gold Gold Spin at the Beau Rivage.
