Which Mississippi Coast casinos offer valet services? Here’s our parking guide.

Health concerns during the coronavirus pandemic shut down valet service at all Mississippi Coast casinos and hiring issues contributed to its slow return.

Many seniors and those who are disabled count on valet service when they visit a casino in South Mississippi.

Just as many drivers in big, shiny trucks and those dressed for dinner or a concert choose to arrive at the front entrance and let someone else do the parking.

“It is difficult and hard to navigate some of these tight parking spaces and it is especially difficult to do all the walking to get from parking garages to the casino floor,” said one Sun Herald reader who is a senior. “I am fortunate that I can go to any casino of my choosing. If valet was available that’s the one I would choose,” the reader said.

Valet service is offered at nearly half of the 12 Coast casinos and is free, although tips are encouraged and expected.

Here is the list of where valet is available:

Beau Rivage Resort & Casino, Biloxi — Valet is available and customers can admire the lobby decorations when the arrive and the fountain while their vehicle is retrieved.

Hollywood Gulf Coast — Valet is available Wednesday through Sunday.

Scarlet Pearl — Valet is available, and customers ride the elevator or escalator from the valet parking area to the casino on the second floor. Handicapped parking spaces are located in the parking garage near the elevators.

Silver Slipper — Valet is available, along with a parking garage and several parking lots.

Treasure Bay — Valet parking is available and the casino is on the first floor and the second floor that is accessible by a lobby elevator.
