Police: French Quarter hit-and-run may have dragged body to Westbank

New Orleans detectives have connected the body recovered on the Westbank on Friday morning with a hit and run that was reported at Dumaine and Decatur Street about 3 a.m. Friday, according to a New Orelans Police Department press release.

An initial investigation reveals the car may have dragged the victim from the French Quarter to the Westbank.
