Celebrity Cruises is just getting started on giving its classic vessels a new-ship feel.

Just months after Celebrity Solstice debuted a $250 million bow-to-stern revitalization, Celebrity Cruises is sharing details on Celebrity Reflection's full-ship makeover planned for early 2027.

The modernized ship will resume its year-round deployment of premium Caribbean escapes from Fort Lauderdale in March, sporting 13 new spaces, including Edge Series favorites and two poolside restaurant concepts completely new to the Celebrity brand. Celebrity Reflection's revitalization will reimagine how passengers relax, dine, and connect across new outdoor spaces, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

"Celebrity Cruises is constantly dreaming up ways to innovate and elevate what we deliver for our guests, which is what makes this fleet modernization program so much more than a refresh," Celebrity Cruises President Laura Hodges Bethge explained in a press release.

Celebrity Reflection to debut elevated restaurant lineup, including new poolside concepts

Celebrity Reflection's redesigned pool deck, the Celebrity Pool Club, will be a hub for relaxation under the Caribbean sun in a modern, tropical setting. The pool deck will feature two dedicated bars, expanded seating, plush daybeds, and added shade, plus daily activities and poolside events. The Pool Club will be anchored by two new-to-fleet casual, poolside dining venues:

  • Orange Peel Bar & Grille: a lunch spot serving smashburgers and other grilled favorites alongside frozen cocktails
  • Tacos del Sol: a build-your-own taco stand with a range of options and fresh toppings centered around bold, Mexican-inspired flavors

Reflection's specialty restaurant lineup will also get an upgrade with the addition of Trattoria Rossa, the intimate Roman-inspired Italian restaurant that debuted on Solstice earlier this year, along with Edge Series-favorite, Forbes Travel Guide-rated Fine Cut Steakhouse. The ship will also become the second in the fleet to feature Bora - a Mediterranean-inspired rooftop concept that debuted on the cruise line's newest ship, Celebrity Xcel, in November 2025.

I got the chance to brunch at Bora on one of Xcel's first voyages and was impressed by the venue's seaside Mediterranean-style ambience and day-to-night shift. It offers a relaxed daytime brunch by day, and intimate dinner service in the evening featuring chef-led tableside dishes and shareable plates. Seeing it added to Reflection's lineup suggests Celebrity has found a destination-inspired rooftop formula worth repeating across the fleet.

Celebrity Reflection will get fan-favorite entertainment spaces

Across restaurants, outdoor spaces, and entertainment, the plans for Celebrity Reflection's modernization lean on venues that have already proven popular elsewhere in the fleet.

Sunset Park, the top-deck outdoor space that debuted on Celebrity Solstice, is coming to Reflection with lawn games, meditation sessions, outdoor movies, live music, private cabanas with attendants, plus Sunset Park Café for bistro-style meals to complement the adjacent Sunset Bar.

Like Solstice, Reflection will also get the 125-seat Boulevard Lounge, anchored by dueling pianos, karaoke, and interactive programming, with Boulevard Bar just steps away; and The Parlor, an elevated sports and gaming lounge with board games, billiards, darts, and a menu of shareable bites and over-the-top milkshakes.

From the Edge Series, Reflection will get the dramatic, three-story Grand Plaza featuring a new, centrally located Martini Bar with a giant suspended chandelier - complete with a chandelier show - as well as live performances and music.

"The Martini Bar is one of the most popular spots on any Celebrity cruise ship," said TravelHost's Come Cruise With Me Editor in Chief Dan Kline, a frequent Celebrity cruiser. Its enhancements, along with updates to other onboard bars and entertainment venues, promise to level up the nightlife on Celebrity Reflection.

The renewed Celebrity Reflection will relaunch in March 2027, resuming year-round Caribbean itineraries from Fort Lauderdale that include three- and four-night Caribbean getaways to Key West and The Bahamas, as well as six- and eight-night voyages visiting Aruba, Curaçao, Bonaire, Turks & Caicos, and Grand Cayman. Celebrity Reflection will also host the line's 2027 President's Cruise from May 10–14, 2027.
