Door wreaths welcome us to enter Christmas
Wreaths are popular year round to add interest and color to front doors. They offer a hint of the homeowner's style, personality and color schemes. But come the holidays -- usually around the weekend after Thanksgiving -- wreaths adorned with fall leaves and acorns make way for garlands of fragrant greenery, big velvet bows and traditional red and green or fashion-forward blue and silver or brown with metallic. Drive through your own neighborhood and see what your neighbors have put up this year, or take inspiration from these doorways found across the Mississippi Gulf Coast and dress up your own home's threshhold.
