Crab is great on a good green salad

Crab is as delicious a seafood as can be found.

It is so popular that the poor blue crab has almost no chance of living more than two years.

Some parts of the country have a crab season to help the population achieve some balance. I believe it would be a good idea if we did the same thing.

Jumbo lump is my favorite, but it also is the most expensive. Buy what can afford, but if you decide to go for colossal crab, the biggest crab lump available, it is almost always produced outside of the United States.

Here is a simple crab idea: combine crab, capers and a little lemon, place it over a good green salad and that’s all it takes. Delicious!
