Try this tasty tomato treat

Got a craving for a late-summer snack?

What could be simpler than making a summer treat out of one of the season's last slightly over-ripe tomatoes still warm from the sun?

Slice it not too thin and not too thick, add to that a sprig of fresh herb, a little lovely olive oil, a dribble of good balsamic vinegar, and, lastly, a garnish of Parmigiano-Reggiano, not grated, but thinly sliced.
