Here is another example of the quick, easy and delicious recipes I am including:

Egg and olive salad

Bring 4-6 eggs to a rapid boil, put the lid on and remove from the stove. Let sit about 10 minutes. Peel the eggs, chop in a large bowl and add at least a cup of olive salad. Season with red pepper flakes, and maybe a bit of sea salt. Use for sandwiches, deviled egg filling, a good dip or even a quick taco.
