Try using pimento and cheese on your cheeseburger
My favorite application of pimento and cheese is to use it on a cheeseburger.
Be warned, you have to like messy, cheesy burgers to like this idea.
Make sure to put it under the broiler, so the cheese gets melted and gooey. When it starts to bubble and turn brown it is done.
If you want to do without the meat, turn it into a broiled open face sandwich.
