Everything at Cannella is great, but be sure to try the cannoli and the espresso
I describe all of my favorite restaurants in the same way: The food is made from scratch.
That is exactly what you will find at Cannella in Bay St Louis. Roberto Zito works the front of the house, and his amazingly talented wife, Chef Tony Zito, runs the kitchen.
There you will find Italian and German food, all authentic, all delicious, from the amazing smoked pork shank (Schweinshaxe), to the in-house-made pastas.
I have been occasionally visiting the Zitos for years and love them and everything that comes out of their kitchen.
I recommend you try the cannoli and the amazing espresso, as well as homemade desserts.
