I have known Chef Paola Bugli (boo-lee) for years, and I hold her, and her restaurant at the Beau, Stalla, in the highest regard.
It serves real-deal Italian cuisine and is so popular that serving 250 guests in one evening is considered a slow evening.
The kitchen is open, so you can watch Bugli and her crew at work, and it is an amazing ballet to watch. The food is magnificent, from the fresh bread and garnishes that you will get shortly after sitting down, to the house-made pasta, wood-fired oven pizza, and fresh seafood from around the world.
If you are in the mood for authentic Italian food, then spend an evening with Bugli. The restaurant is beautiful, the menu is perfect and the food is out of this world. Tell Bugli I said hello.
