Happy Fourth of July: Enjoy the grilling!

Happy Fourth of July!

I hope you and your family and friends are celebrating the birth of this great nation.

I can’t imagine how many hot dogs and burgers will hit the grills today accompanied by gallons of potato salad and coleslaw.

It is not a day for filet mignon, bistecca Fiorentina, or even pho, but it is a day to hoist an American craft beer or two, light the grill and be thankful for the good fortune to be living in the good ole U.S.A.
