Shrimp and grits should be on your menu.
Sauté seasoned shrimp in butter, remove and set aside.
Add onion, bell pepper and celery and cook for 8 minutes. Add 3-4 cloves of chopped garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add 2-3 chopped fresh ripe tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes, toss the shrimp in the sauce and cook just to heat, plate the grits, top with shrimp and sauce.
