1-2 large red ripe and fragrant tomatoes, chopped into bite sizes
1 large cucumber chopped into cubes the same size as the tomatoes
1 cup ham, cubed and sautéed until starting to brown
Toss the ingredients, douse with best-quality olive oil, now season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve chilled.
