BILOXI -- Whipped cream, chocolate sauce and sprinkles were flying freely at Popps Ferry Elementary School on Wednesday as students transformed Principal Todd Boucher and Assistant Principal Lona Moffett into human sundaes.
"We set a goal at the beginning of the year for our students for a PTO fundraiser," said Boucher. "If they achieved their goal, we were going to reward them by dressing up as sundaes."
The students reached their goal and as part of the deal got to add the ice cream toppings to complete the costume. Boucher said that his favorite topping to wear was the whipped cream, because it was less sticky and gooey.
The children got to enjoy frozen treats during the activity as well.
