BAY ST. LOUIS - A large number of people are enjoying the bands and vendors at Bay Bridgefest in Old Town Bay St. Louis.

Those attending were looking over the wares of many vendors set up along Main St. and side streets downtown as a breeze off the Bay of St. Louis and light cloud cover helped make the day. Stephen Bandi of New Orleans with Big Easy Woodworks was among the many vendors showcasing their wares. Bandi's coolers and furniture feature wood reclaimed from houses and buildings damaged in New Orleans during Hurricane Katrina. The U. S. Navy Band out of New Orleans and Sunpie Barnes & The Louisiana Sunspots were occupying the two stages midday, filling the air with soulful sounds.
