The second tropical depression of the season hasn't gained much strength since Tuesday. Its winds are about 35 mph, but forecasters with the National Hurricane Center said it could become a tropical storm in the next couple of days. It is still too early to tell if the depression will reach hurricane status or where it might go. There is some dry air to the north of the system that may inhibit development.
