D’Iberville’s Sherman gets first UFC victory

Chase Sherman won his first UFC bout on Saturday night.

The D’Iberville product stopped Rashad Coulter in the second round at the American Airlines Center at Dallas. The referee stopped the bout at 3:36 of round two.

Sherman was a late addition to the UFC 211 undercard.

With the win, Sherman improves to 10-3 MMA, 1-2 in UFC.
