The master suite offers a similar view on the third floor.

“It’s this view,” Owen said. “Where else are you going to find this on the Mississippi Coast?”

Houses feature high-end appliances, finishes

Each of the homes has unique interior finishes, a bathroom with each bedroom and a half bath on the main floor.

In the three-story beach homes, six-car garages and patios overlook the beach, with room to add a small pool, Owen said. Elevators also can be added, or the shaft finished for storage. The homes offer surround sound throughout, including on the garage floor and patio.

In late afternoon, light floods the living area on the main floor, which has 12-foot ceilings. The kitchen in the five-bedroom home features a six-top gas range, grill, island and custom cabinets. A workstation sink with a lip on the inner edge can hold a cutting board and kitchen accessories. A wet bar is located in the dining room.

Light fixtures, fans and bathroom faucets give the home contemporary flare. Each of the bedrooms has a walk-in closet, with his-and-hers closets in the master suite, where the bathroom features a spacious shower with showerheads mounted on the ceiling and wall. All bathrooms are ceramic tile.

The home has high-end appliances and finishes, including quartz countertops in the kitchens and baths, and engineered white oak floors. The master bath has porcelain tile floors. Oak stairways feature glass railings.

A washer and dryer are located on the main floor and third floor.

The homes are so well-insulated that the sound of traffic on U.S. 90 is faint, if it can be heard at all.

“I love how peaceful it is here,” Owen said.
