Famous drag queens come to Mississippi in new season of HBO show ‘We’re Here.’ How to watch.

The GLAAD and Emmy-winning series “We’re Here” returns to HBO for a third season at the end of this month.

But this time, it will feature personal stories and experiences straight from Jackson, Mississippi.

It’s a heart-warming, funny and raw show that reveals “deeper truths about small-town America that are often presented through a reductive lens, while finding the nuances of life and diversity,” said Variety.

While Jackson is the largest city in Mississippi, producers still counted it as a small town when compared to other major cities like New York and Miami.

Bob the Drag Queen, Eureka O’Hara and Shangela — all of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” fame — are coming to Jackson in episode two of season three to show the art of drag and inspire their “drag daughters” to participate in a one-night-only drag show.

In the episode, a few Jackson locals open up to overcome their fears, create allies and make the town a safer place for queer people of color but will they get on stage in drag for one night?

And here’s an added bonus: “We’re Here” is not like the other drag shows; it’s not a competition show. Instead, it is purely about love, connection and drag.

“Sometimes that story is a coming out, sometimes it’s a tribute, sometimes it’s a protest, sometimes it’s for the gag of it all — but no matter the vibe, you’re watching people claim their strength onstage and (fingers crossed) ignite change in their communities,” wrote Decider’s Brett White.

Tune in to season three Nov. 25 on HBO and stream episode two called “Jackson, Mississippi” on Dec. 2.
