Which MS Coast restaurants closed since Hurricane Katrina do you miss the most?

It has been nearly 17 years since Hurricane Katrina changed the landscape of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

The powerful storm flooded communities, moved casino charges and destroyed historical buildings that had been landmarks for hundreds of years. Worse, it took hundreds of lives in Mississippi and Louisiana.

Another thing the storm took from South Mississippi were restaurants that defined the food & dining scene here. From Annie’s in Pass Christian to the Mary Mahoney’s 24-hour café, the Coast has lost dozens of businesses since Aug. 29, 2005, and many of them were iconic.
