5 parades roll this weekend

Five parades are slated to roll in South Mississippi this weekend.

On Saturday, Krewe of Legacy in Pass Christian, Ocean Springs Elks Lodge and Biloxi's Second Liners will roll at 1 p.m. and Krewe Unique rolls behind the Elks at 1:30 p.m. On Sunday, Lizana Carnival Association will roll.

There will be plenty of throws, so grab your fish nets, take a gander at the parade route maps here and get out there and yell, "Throw me something, Mister!"

Here is a complete list of South Mississippi's Carnival parades.

Krewe of Legacy: 1 p.m.

Ocean Springs Elks Lodge: 1 p.m.

Second Liners: 1 p.m.

Krewe Unique: 1:30 p.m., Ocean Springs (rolls right after Ocean Springs Elks)

SUNDAY

Lizana Carnival Association: 1 p.m.

JAN. 30

Biloxi Children's Walking Parade: 10 a.m.

Bay St. Louis Krewe of Kids: 11 a.m.

Krewe of Little Rascals Children's Parade: 1 p.m., Pascagoula

Krewe of Pine Island: 1:30 p.m., Vancleave

Carnival Association of Long Beach: 6 p.m.

Gautier Men's Club: 7 p.m.

JAN. 31

Waveland Nereids: 1 p.m.

FEB. 5

Ocean Springs Carnival

Association: 7 p.m.

FEB. 6

Krewe of Diamondhead: noon

Jackson County Carnival Association: 1 p.m., Pascagoula

Krewe of Gemini day parade: 2 p.m., Gulfport

Krewe of Neptune: 5:30 p.m., Biloxi

Wiggins and Stone County Chamber: 5:30 p.m.

St. Paul Carnival Association: noon, Pass Christian

North Bay Area: 1:30 p.m., D'Iberville-St. Martin

Mystic Krewe of the Seahorse: 5 p.m., Bay St. Louis
