Meet the Gulf Coast Carnival Association's 2016 Royal Court

The Gulf Coast Carnival Association Ball will be held at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center in Biloxi on Feb. 8. Doors open at 7 p.m.
The parade is in Biloxi on Fat Tuesday, which is Feb. 9.
