The Ocean Springs parade always is one of the first on the Coast, and it will be a cold start. The forecast is for temperatures to be under 40 degrees at parade time.

The festivities are a partnership between the Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce-Main Street, the city and local krewes.

“It is going forward,” said Cynthia Sutton, president and CEO of Ocean Springs Chamber of Commerce-Main Street.
