The Mississippi Coast’s only Lundi Gras parade rolled through Bay St. Louis on Monday night.
The Mystic Krewe of the Seahorse parade differs from most in that it is almost entirely pirate-themed and, instead of floats, the parade is primarily golf carts decorated with colorful lights.
