Plus size model, Mississippi native Tess Holliday says #EffYourBeautyStandards

Tess Holliday has no problem wearing two-piece bikinis and showing her skin, and she doesn't give a damn about typical beauty standards set by the cut throat modeling industry.

In fact, Holliday, a size 22, was offered a contract with MiLK in London, becoming the first model of her size to obtain a major modeling agency contract, according to BuzzFeed.

Holliday began the #EffYourBeautyStandard movement on her Instagram and Twitter pages, spreading a message across the world that every body is beautiful.

The most beautiful part of Holliday's journey are the women who are posting photos of themselves, calling themselves beautiful, and using #EffYourBodyStandards.

Holliday is the kind of role model young girls should be looking up to. It's not about being too fat or too skinny or too pale or too short--it's about knowing that you're beautiful no matter what.

The 5-foot, 5-inch model is inspiring so many other women to love themselves without bringing anyone down, and that is simply inspirational.

Holliday, a Laurel native, is the kind of Mississippian that gives us a good name across the world. We need more Tess Hollidays in the world.
