Has Stevie Nicks Had Plastic Surgery? The Singer’s Transformation Photos Then and Now

Stevie Nicks shot to fame in 1975 as a member of Fleetwood Mac and still looks so timeless five decades later. However, fans have wondered if she's undergone plastic surgery to maintain her youthful appearance.

The "Edge of Seventeen" singer discussed a bad experience with Botox in a 2020 interview with The Guardian.

"Oh God, the Botox. Let me tell you, Botox only makes you look like you're in a satanic cult. I only had it once and it destroyed my face for four months. I would look in the mirror and try and lift my eyebrow and go: ‘Oh, there you are, Satan's angry daughter.' Never again," she told the outlet.

Life & Style has Stevie's transformation in photos over the years.

2005 Stevie's ageless appearance has sparked cosmetic surgery speculation over the years. She admitted to seeing a plastic surgeon in 1986 about getting work done on her nose but was told that her cocaine use made it impossible. "I said, ‘What do you think about my nose?' And he said, ‘Well, I think the next time you do a hit of cocaine, you could drop dead,'" she recalled on The Chris Isaak Hour in 2009. Stevie quit cocaine for good in the late 1980s.
