Hangout Music Festival announces 2016 lineup
GULF SHORES, Ala. -- Hangout Music Festival has announced its 2016 lineup. The festival takes place May 20-22 on the beaches of Gulf Shores, Ala.
This year's lineup features The Weeknd, Calvin Harris, Florence + the Machine, Alabama Shakes, Ellie Goulding, Lenny Kravitz, Flume, Cage the Elephant, Panic! At The Disco, Haim, Grimes, Big Grams (Big Boi + Phantogram), Jason Isbell, The Chainsmokers, Miike Snow plus over 65 more acts.
Three day tickets go on-sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 19 and are $249.
The festival started in 2010. Attendance was capped at 35,000 because of safety concerns for its second year in 2011, but the cap was raised to 40,000 in 2014 and tickets sold out.
