Mary C offers film about former governor

OCEAN SPRINGS -- The Southern Documentary Project's new film "The Toughest Job: William Winter's Mississippi" chronicles the life and career of William Winter, the 57th governor of Mississippi and his fight to pass the 1982 Education Reform Bill. Utilizing archival materials and interviews with Governor Winter, Elise Winter, Thad Cochran, Myrlie Evers-Williams, Dick Molpus, Ray Mabus, Charles Overby, President. Bill Clinton, and others, the film examines the life and career of one of Mississippi's most progressive governors.

The documentary shows 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Nov. 20.
