MTV celeb will be part of Pisces birthday bash

Tonight at 10, Level Nightclub in Biloxi will open the doors for a Pisces birthday celebration with special guests, including MTV celebrity Chanel West Coast.

Chanel has made a name for herself on many fronts in recent years.

Her roles in MTV's popular sitcom "Ridiculousness" and "Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory" helped her garner millions of social media followers. Chanel's You Tube series "West Coast Wednesday" is short vignettes that follow her through her performances and daily life. She is a recording artist signed to Lil' Wayne's Young Money Entertainment label, as well as a model for the rapper's TrukFit clothing line.

This will be Chanel's first appearance on the Mississippi Coast. Near midnight, she will perform a collection of her hits, such as "Bass in the Trunk," "Miles & Miles" and "Blueberry Chills."

tive and hip-hop activist Dollah Dae. He is the founder of Biloxi-based Splash Life Booking, which provides concerts and celebrity bookings on the Coast and which organized this event.

Dae said it is his 10th year to throw the Pisces birthday bash. He will be joined by at least a dozen fellow Pisces honorees. Also, all Pisces with ID will get their first drink free.

Joining in the celebration will be representatives from Young Money Entertainment and TrukFit. Jackson's own DJ T. Lewis will serve as master of ceremonies, setting the mood throughout the night with a what promises to be an electrifying music lineup. Accompanying Chanel will be her personal DJ, Ms. Kitty, who also is a personal DJ to boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Other special guests will include Mobile native Bianca "Queen Bee" Clarke. The artist injects melody into her songs such as "Tattoo" and "Neva Know." She performed at last year's BayFest.

Up-and-coming hip-hop artist Collin Cooper of Ocean Springs also will perform.

Level Nightclub is in the Biloxi Vieux Marche, 820 Howard Ave.

Tickets are $15 general admission, $30 VIP, and are available online through Eventbrite.com. Guests must be at least 18 to attend.
