After a long wait, fans will get full night of hip-hop at 7:30 p.m. Saturday when Lil Wayne, Jeezy, Duffle Bag Trizzy and Sippi Boi Noy come to the Coast Coliseum.

The concert was delayed from its original date of Nov. 28 because of surgery on Lil Wayne's arm.

New Orleans-born artist Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. (aka Lil Wayne) has come a long way since debuting at the age of 9 as the youngest signee to the Cash Money record label. His group Hot Boys hit with the single "Bling Bling" in 1999, and Wayne went platinum that same year with his solo debut "Tha Block is Hot."

Wayne's biggest success came in 2009 with the Grammy-winning album "Tha Carter III" and the singles "Lollipop," "A Milli" and "Got Money."

Along with fame, Wayne has his share of infamy, thanks to a number of arrests stemming mostly from illegal possession of weapons and marijuana. He served eight months in prison at Rikers Island.

This month, Lil Wayne released a long-awaited follow-up to his 2011 release "Sorry 4 the Wait." Wayne uses the mix tape to take a few jabs to address his contract dispute with Cash Money and its owner, Birdman.

Joining Lil Wayne will be Atlanta rapper Jeezy, who last month released "Church in These Streets." Jeezy had a top-10 hit with "Soul Survivor" and won a Grammy for "Put On," a duo with Kanye West. He also leads the Southern hip-hop group USDA (United Streets Dopeboyz of America) and was featured on singles by Usher, Rihanna and others.

Also on the bill is Weems Street Entertainment artist Duffle Bag Trizzy, best known for his singles "Sum Munny" and "No Competition." Rounding out the lineup is Sippi Boi Noy, known for his single "Fugg It."

Tickets are $29, $60, $75 and $119. They are available at the Coliseum box office, at ticketmaster.com or by calling 1-800-745-3000.
