Get excited, country music fans: Bayou Country Superfest announced its 2016 lineup of performers Tuesday morning, according to The New Orleans Advocate.
The three-day festival will include performances by Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, Eric Church, Dierks Bentley, Lady Antebellum, Darius Rucker, Little Big Town, Thomas Rhett and Cole Swindell, among others, festival organizers said in a news release.
Other performers include Randy Rogers Band, Frankie Ballard, Brothers Osborne, Dustin Lynch and A Thousand Horses.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 17 at on BayouCountrySuperfest.com, Ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster outlets or by calling (800) 745-3000. Early bird pricing for three-day admissions will be $99 for a limited time, the news release said.
Reserved festival parking will also go on sale Nov. 17.
The music festival, held for the past six years on Memorial Day weekend in LSU’s Tiger Stadium, draws some of the top names in country music and attracts thousands fans from across the nation to Baton Rouge.
Organizers announced in October that the festival is expanding to three days for 2016, Friday through Sunday, May 27-29.
The two-day 2015 event featured headliners Kenny Chesney and Blake Shelton and was preceded by country-gone-pop superstar Taylor Swift’s Friday night concert in Tiger Stadium.
