Timothee Chalamet Celebrates Knicks Championship Win With Players

Timothée Chalamet deserved it, to say the least.

On Saturday, the New York Knicks wrapped up an NBA championship, defeating the San Antonio Spurs in Game 5 94-90 to win their first Tiel since 1973.

While the Knicks’ historic playoff run saw a plethora of Hollywood and music stars gracing the celebrity row, Chalamet became a regular fixture. The “Dune” star even missed accompanying his girlfriend Kylie Jenner to the Met Gala to watch the Knicks play an Eastern Conference semifinals matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers.

So, now that the Knicks have won it all, it’s only natural for the Oscar-nominated star to be hyped up.

In a video that recently went viral on social media, the “Marty Supreme” actor is seen getting sprayed with champagne by Knicks players in the locker room.

The hilarious video shows the Hollywood star, completely drenched and emotionally saying to the camera: “I’m not an athlete. Now I’m good. I don’t deserve it.”

The fans were also quick to take notice of the actor’s jubilation with the Knicks players as they shared their opinion on social media.

Timothée Chalamet celebrating harder than half the roster bro collected a championship without playing a single minute,” said one fan.

Someone else added: “Oh he’s an honorary team member now lol.”

“He's living his best life,” chimed in another.

“Timothée was really out for the Knicks. He was a committed and loyal fan,” noted another.

Someone else pointed out: “Bro supported the Knicks for years and finally got the champagne shower ending.”

Indeed, Chalamet was an honorary Knicks member at this point.
