‘Your Favorite Years’ concert will bring hip-hop, R&B and rap stars to South Mississippi

Some of the most iconic names in hip-hop and R&B will take the stage at The Sound Amphitheater in the second show announced for the 2025 season.

Jeezy, Juvenile, Waka Flocka Flame and Sean Kingston will bring a night of music at Your Favorite Years concert on Saturday, April 19 to The Sound off U.S. 90 in Gautier.

The performers are:

Jeezy is known for hits like “Soul Survivor” and “Put On” and his latest double album is “I Might Forgive, But I Don’t Forget.”

Juvenile is described as a New Orleans legend and shaped the Southern rap scene with tracks like “Back That Azz Up” and “Slow Motion.” Hh had a quadruple-platinum album with 400 Degreez and delivered his post-Hurricane Katrina anthem “Get Ya Hustle On.”

Waka Flocka Flame burst onto the scene with “O Let’s Do It,” followed by hits like “Hard in da Paint” and the diamond-certified “No Hands” that sold more than 10 million singles

Sean Kingston blends reggae, hip-hop and R&B and has hits like “Beautiful Girls” and “Fire Burning.”

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 24 and start at $49.99 plus fees. Fans can sign up now for the presale at enjoythesound.com to unlock priority access to tickets on sale Wednesday.

Country music legend Willie Nelson & Family was the first concert announced for this season at The Sound on April 15.
