New series arriving on Amazon Prime will examine the alleged alien abduction of two Pascagoula men
The harrowing tale of two Pascagoula men who claimed to have been abducted by aliens on the waters of the South Mississippi Coast will be examined in an upcoming docuseries on Amazon Prime.
“Pascagoula 73” is set to be a complete history of the abduction told through the countless interviews, stories and books written about the famous incident that allegedly occurred on Oct. 11, 1973 on the banks of the Pascagoula River.
It will feature interviews from the late Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker, the two men who claimed to have been abducted while fishing and then subjected to an alien examination aboard an unidentified flying object.
Maria Blair — an alleged witness who only just came forward in 2019 — also will be featured in the four-part series.
Parker told the Sun Herald in 2018 he was so worried the aliens had infected him with something that he went home and bathed in bleach. Parker was 19 years old at the time and initially avoided press coverage in the years following the incident.
Parker passed away in 2023. Hickson passed in 2011. The latter dedicated his life to the incident, even writing a book and starting a production company to produce television stories on UFOs.
“Pascagoula 73” is set to release on Feb. 20.
