A couple moving to the MS Coast will pick their dream home on HGTV show ‘House Hunters’
A local real estate guru will help a couple moving to the Mississippi Coast pick their dream home on “House Hunters,” a hit HGTV show that’s been on television for more than 200 seasons.
The couple, Shea and Ken, will pick between three properties they tour with Holly Lemoine-Raymond, owner of HL Raymond Properties.
Lemoine-Raymond has been selling houses for years across all South Mississippi cities and recently opened a new office in Old Town Bay St. Louis. She’s also consulted with HGTV in the past on her own production adventures, including the “Inside Out with HL Raymond Properties” series.
Now, Lemoine-Raymond will help Shea and Ken, who are starting a new chapter down South. Shea wants to splurge on a modern home near the water, while her husband would rather a cozy beach cottage, according to the HGTV.
Will they stay under budget or break the bank and get the home of their dreams? Which city will they decide to call home? How much is the house they choose?
You can watch the episode titled “New Chapter in Mississippi” at 9 p.m. Monday, May 1, and 10 p.m. Tuesday, May 2 on HGTV. The air date and time are subject to change.
Editor’s note: HGTV doesn’t release the last names of participants on ‘House Hunters’ due to safety reasons.
