Here’s everything you need to know about the Biloxi Crawfish Festival

The 30th annual Crawfish Music Festival fills the grounds of the Coast Coliseum in Biloxi this week with carnival rides, games, merchandise, music — and spicy crawfish.

The festival is a celebration of crawfish, prepared and served by Quality Poultry and Seafood in Biloxi, and the crawfish cookoff on Saturday lets people sample more than 20 recipes. Lots of other choices and carnival food can be found at the festival’s food village.

Here’s what to know if you plan to go:

Where: Outside the Coast Coliseum, U.S. 90, Biloxi

When: The festival runs through Sunday, April 23. Hours are 5-10 p.m. Thursday, 5-11 p.m. Friday, 1-11 p.m. Saturday and 1-8 p.m. Sunday.

Concerts are on the outdoor stage. Seats or lawn tickets are available at the box office and online. Performers are:

  • Friday — Jordan Davis, Lauren Watkins, Chase McDaniel, Seaforth
  • Saturday — Dwight Yoakam, Ashley McBryde, Hillary Reese, Kristy Lee, Matt Kozial, Drayton Farley, The Weathered Souls
  • Sunday — Bailey Zimmerman, Katie Jones, Mackenzie Carpenter, MIKE

Deals: $12 crawfish plates and $25 ride bands are available Thursday
